PUBG Mobile will mark the return of Vikendi map

PUBG Mobile 1.6 will see the return of the popular Vikendi map and other modes, according to TechCrunch.

It was removed by developers in the 1.3 version of the action-survival mobile game.

The Infection mode, which was popular among fans, is also being brought back along with Survive Till Dawn and Payload 2.0.

A new mode named Flora Menace has been included which has Cell-Matrix, Rejuvenation Barrier along Dynahex Supplies features.

Highlight Moments will be making its debut. The players can avail it to record their players view it later. It will be available in Settings.

PUBG Mobile 1.6 will provide realistic graphics, improved damage colour along with updated crosshair colours, new punch animation and hit effect optimization.

The updated version will also have a new Quad Bike along with improved anti-aliasing graphics and better controls.

Pakistan plans to transform optical fiber cable network into global digital gateway

ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Dr Umar Saif on Wednesday said that the government had finalized a plan to transform Pakistan’s optical fiber cable network into a global digital gateway. The implementation of the proposed project would benefit Pakistan by millions of dollars, he disclosed while speaking in a high-level meeting. The meeting was attended by representatives of key organizations, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Special Communication Organization, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL), TransWorld, and CyberNet. He said that all the necessary resources and facilities had been provided for the digital gateway initiative. Progress made on Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline project

ISLAMABAD: Progress was made on Pakistan and Iran gas pipeline project as both countries agreed on reviving the stalled cooperation and formal contacts will be started within a few weeks. It is pertinent to mention here that Iran gave Pakistan time until September 2024 to complete the project, otherwise, it may move to international arbitration for the breach of contract. Senator Muhammad Abdul Qadir, the Chairman of the Senate’s Standing Committee on Petroleum said that both sides will start formal contacts for the gas pipeline project within two to three weeks. The Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline project has faced many delays due to the risk of US sanctions on Iran. The project remains substantially delayed. While the Iranian section of the pipeline has been completed, the Pakistani section remains under construction and subject to delays owing to concerns with regard to the US sanctions on Iran.
