Viral: SHO rocks the floor with Govinda style dance

Lahore: A video of Faisal Town Lahore SHO, doing Govinda style dance, has gone viral over social media. The SHO and a female cop were suspended after the video went viral, ARY News reported.

In a viral video, available with ARY News, the SHO of Faisal Town Lahore can be seen dancing in front of his colleagues.

Lahore DIG operations on Tuesday had suspended the SHO Yasir Cheema and female sub-inspector Mehwish for celebrating a birthday party and covering a CCTV camera installed inside the Faisal Town police station.

In a similar incident reported in 2019, a female cop in Pakpattan city of Punjab had been removed from duty after her video of dancing while on duty created a kerfuffle.

Karachi police to probe DIG Azfar Mahesar’s son’s viral firing videos

KARACHI: Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hasan Lanjar ordered an inquiry after Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) East Azfar Mahesar’s son Asher’s aerial firing videos went viral on social media, ARY News reported. Earlier, video footage showed DIG Azfar Mahesar’s son brandishing different kinds of weapons and resorting to aerial firing in several videos posted on social media. Asher was seen in different locations, sometimes in a moving car, relentlessly conducting aerial firing. Speaking to ARY News, Lanjar said that he has ordered Karachi police to do a forensic examination of the videos and initiate action against DIG Mahesar if he is found guilty in the case. CJCSC addresses participants of 53rd PN Staff Course

RAWALPINDI: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza on Thursday visited Pakistan Navy War College Lahore and addressed the participants of the 53rd PN Staff Course. According to a press statement issued by the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the CJCSC expressed his views on the armed forces’ efforts in confronting the multifaceted conventional and non-conventional challenges. General Sahir Shamshad Mirza said that the Pakistan Navy has always fulfilled the expectations for the protection of maritime borders. “The Pakistan Navy has a proud history of bravery and sacrifices for the motherland,” the CJCSC added.
